Our initial contact with our clients is more than just an exchange of business cards. Before we start placing candidates at your company, we want to learn everything we can about your company and its undoubtedly unique culture to ensure that we effectively reduce turnover and increase production. We always prefer to see the job before we begin our search!

The Interview

Each and every candidate that walks though our doors fills out an application, and then speaks with an educated Staffing Professional who assesses their skills and sets the proper expectations as to the likelihood of placement. No false promises and no over selling positions. Setting the proper expectations for the candidate from the very beginning is very important.

The Walk Thru

For many of our clients, the most powerful way to reduce turnover is to show the candidate the job before they get hired. This gives our clients an opportunity to meet the candidates and our candidates an opportunity to properly assess the job at hand.


The Placement

Before going to work on their first day, a placed candidate will receive all prior screening necessary and a Job Assignment Sheet that describes all the details regarding where they are going, who they will be reporting to, and any other pertinent information. That sheet is then signed by the Staffing Professional who placed the candidate so that there is always someone held accountable. Communication and accountability are key to ensure a smooth transition for both the candidate and the client.
